Request deletion
- 01Find your Lumiz App ID
In Lumiz, open Info → Data & Privacy. Copy the anonymous App ID shown there.
- 02Send the request
Email the App ID from the same device and use the subject “Delete Lumiz cloud data.”
- 03Complete verification
We may ask you to confirm a short verification code inside Lumiz so another person cannot delete your installation's data.
What we delete
- The Firebase anonymous authentication record for the verified installation.
- The Firestore generation-usage and quota record associated with that anonymous ID.
- Any identifiable Lumiz generation-job records still present in active systems.
- Associated data we control that is not legally required to be retained.
We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. Provider backups and security records may take longer to age out where technically or legally required.
What remains on your device
A cloud deletion request cannot reach local room scans, AR world maps, saved items, preview images or 3D models on your device. It also does not remove the non-identifying completed-generation count retained in the iOS Keychain to prevent the free allowance from being reset by deletion. Delete local content inside Lumiz, or delete the app to remove its local app container. Copies in your personal device backup are controlled through your Apple backup settings.
What changes after deletion
Lumiz's local planning tools can continue to work. A future generation request may create a new anonymous Firebase identity and generation-usage record, but the retained completed-generation count is carried forward. Deleting cloud data is therefore not a way to bypass service limits; repeated misuse may be restricted to protect the service.
